1. Shipping Options and Rates
Prism Printworks offers the following shipping options for all orders within South Africa:

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. All prices include VAT.
2. Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available from our premises in Pretoria North, Gauteng. After placing your order, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email or order number when collecting.
Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
3. Own Courier Pickup
If you prefer to send your own courier to collect your order, a handling fee of R21.00 applies. Please provide your courier’s details after placing your order so we can coordinate the collection.
4. Door-to-Door Delivery
We offer door-to-door delivery throughout South Africa via trusted courier partners. Delivery is available to all major cities and towns.
5. Processing and Delivery Times
- Order processing: 2–3 business days (custom printing and quality check)
- Gauteng delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Nationwide delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Total estimated time from order to delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also contact us for an update on your order status.
7. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details.
8. Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, special shipping rates may apply. Please contact us at sales@prismprint.co.za for a custom quote including shipping.
