1. Delivery options and costs
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. At checkout, enter your address and you’ll see every option available to you, with its live price. The price you see is the price you pay.
- Collect from us: free, from our premises in Pretoria North.
- Send your own courier: free. Tell us your courier’s details after you order and we’ll have the parcel ready.
- Bob Box locker: collect from a locker near you, often the cheapest delivery.
- Pargo pickup point: collect from a nearby store such as Clicks.
- Standard or Express door-to-door delivery: by courier, to your home or office.
Delivery prices depend on your address, the size and weight of your order and the option you choose. As a guide, a small parcel costs roughly R65 to R105 to most towns and cities. Larger or heavier orders, and remote areas, cost more.
2. When your order ships
- Our own printing (DTF transfers, gang sheets and items we print): usually ready in 2 to 3 business days.
- Products from our suppliers (most of the shop): they come to us from the supplier first, so allow a few extra business days. We let you know if there’s a delay.
- Branded products: production starts once you’ve approved the proof and paid. We confirm the expected date with your proof.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days in Gauteng and 2 to 4 business days elsewhere.
3. Collecting your order
We’ll let you know when your order is ready. Collection is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please bring your order number.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email. You can also contact us for an update at any time.
5. Damage in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the items, so we can claim from the courier. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy for how we put it right.
6. Large and bulk orders
