Welcome to Prism Printworks. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at prismprint.co.za and the purchase of our printing products and services. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products and Services
Prism Printworks provides custom printing services including Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, vinyl printing, and sublimation printing. All products are made to order based on customer-supplied artwork and specifications.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are placed through our online shop at prismprint.co.za. Payment is required at the time of checkout. We accept payments via Paystack (credit/debit card). Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.
4. Artwork and Design Files
Customers are responsible for uploading design files in the correct format (PNG, JPG, or PDF) and ensuring they meet the required resolution and dimensions. Prism Printworks is not liable for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or incorrectly formatted artwork.
If you select our Sheet Setup service, our design team will arrange your artwork on the gang sheet to maximise space. This service is optional and charged separately.
5. Intellectual Property
By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have obtained the necessary permissions to reproduce it. Prism Printworks does not accept liability for copyright infringement related to customer-supplied designs.
6. Production and Turnaround
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Turnaround times may vary based on order volume and complexity. We will notify you of any delays via email or WhatsApp.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We offer multiple shipping options including local pickup (Pretoria North), courier delivery within Gauteng, and nationwide delivery across South Africa. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
Prism Printworks’ liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Branded Products
These terms apply to any product we brand with your logo or design, by us or by our supplier, on top of the rest of these Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your artwork. Send vector artwork where you can (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG, with fonts converted to outlines). We can work from a high-resolution PNG or JPG; low-resolution images, Word and PowerPoint files usually need redrawing, and we tell you the cost before we do it. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, trademark and image you send us.
Proof approval. We send you a proof showing the position, size and colours of your branding. Production starts only once you have approved the proof in writing and we have received payment. Please check it carefully: once approved it can’t be changed, and we’re not responsible for errors you approved.
Colours and placement. We match printed colours as closely as possible to the Pantone colours or samples you give us, but we can’t guarantee an exact match, and fluorescent and metallic colours can’t be matched. Colours can look slightly different on screen, on the proof and on different materials. Small differences in position and size between items are normal.
Lead times. Lead times start the day after you approve the proof or we receive payment, whichever comes later. Any delivery date we give is an estimate.
Cancellations. You can cancel a branded order before you approve the proof. Once the proof is approved and branding has started, the order can’t be cancelled.
Faults and returns. Check your order when it arrives and tell us about any fault or shortfall within 3 working days of delivery, with photos. If the fault is ours or our supplier’s, we will rebrand, replace or credit the affected items. Branded items and branded samples are made for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
